The use of modern electronics, visual and audio, to make the people aware of their rights continued in July to December 2009 at different villages in the development area. Different documentaries focusing on the common issues of community like early marriage, corporate abuse, women rights, hybrid seeds, fertilizers and education were presented in these presentations. Through these presentations many new members of Halli Sanjh, Sindhoo Bachao Tarla, Traimet Sanjh and Sujak Bal were made. The community became aware of some common issues and their causes.
Many new issues were raised and a lot of new problems were pointed out in these presentations. Political representatives and officials from concerning departments were also invited in these presentations and were asked to solve the problem which the community was facing. Some of the problems were recorded and were highlighted through print and electronic media.
People became confidant and united through these presentations. They felt the need of unity and came to know the linkage between local and national issues. They came to know about some common abuses like corporate farming, contract system on fishing and drop out of students especially girls from school. In short this proved an effective tool to gather and educate the people.
